Summer Picnic
On Saturday, September 13th the Winona Woods Neighborhood Association will host its first summer picnic from 12-5 (rain or shine) on Winona Blvd between Chestnut Hill and Chapel Hill.
The association has scheduled two food trucks, Marty’s Meats and Eat Me Ice Cream from 1-4. Meal tickets will be sold in advance at meetings and via your street captains. The cost will be $10 for adults with a choice of a pulled pork sandwich, fried chicken sandwich or veggie burger and $5 for children which a choice of a hot dog, hamburger, cheeseburger or grilled cheese. In addition, the association will sell 50/50 raffle tickets and baked goods in as well as host Clifford the Big Red Dog.
