Why is my street on hold?
If you live in Winona Woods there might be three reasons you don’t have Greenlight yet:
A.) Greenlight determines what areas to offer service in based on customer demand. If the houses on your lines did not express enough interest it is not cost effective for Greenlight to run the expensive fiber optic lines to those homes. If you find yourself in this situation its best to talk to your neighbors about signing up!
B.)At this time many streets are on hold as Greenlight waits for permits for underground construction to be issued from Monroe County. Please hold tight, it should be worth the wait!
C.) Those who live on Sachem Way have buried utilities. Currently, it is cost prohibitive to extend Greenlight to this area without significant resident interest.
How would I know for which of these reasons I am waiting?

If you want Greenlight but have not entered payment information, you would need to do that now, right here.
-Are you sure the email address you are checking is the same as the one you used to sign up?
OK, so you are sure you entered your payment information. Now let’s double check and try to remember if the email address you are checking is the address you used to sign up and enter payment information. If its not then that’s why there no emails!
-Did you check your spam folder?
Alright, you are sure that you submitted your payment information, and that the email you are checking is the same as the email you registered with. There is one last thing we should check and that’s your spam or junk mail folder in your email account. Sometimes Greenlight emails wind up here on accident.
Most of the time these steps can solve the problem but If after you checked all these things feel free to send Greenlight an email at support@greenlightnetworks.com to verify your status on the install list.
