Winona Woods Ranks Highly Among Neighborhoods Nationally

According to a report by 24/7 Wall Street LLC. the Winona Woods Neighborhood ranks 7th in a national listing of affordable homes with quality schools.

The report states that “Families who send their children to Briarwood School have the benefit of a quality primary school, affordable homes, low unemployment rates and a well-educated community,”  The report goes further to say that “Briarwod was one of the top three schools reviewed by RealtyTrac in Monroe County” and that “Briarwood students stood out with the 2013 test scores nearly double those of their peers statewide”
