You Rock: Jen Sally

This month’s WWNA You Rock goes to Jen Sally.

Jen recently completed organizing and implementing the Winona Woods Good Food Collective Summer Distribution. With over 30 registered participants it was the largest Pre-Boxed Distribution in the entire program, beating other large workplaces like the University of Rochester, Xerox and Bausch & Lomb.

Jen beat the odds (and the rain) by establishing our first Good Food Bike & Bite. During this event close to 20 riders visited the homes of seven Good Food Collective participants and sampled small “bites” at each stop. The evening concluded with a complementary craft beer and local wine tasting.

Jen’s gregarious personality and can do attitude is a wonderful addition to our neighborhood. As a small thanks for your unwavering support and contributions to the community the WWNA Board unanimously chose Jen Sally. So Jen, here’s to you.
